Dishcrawl is an interesting new concept popping up in cities around the country. Basically, a random group of food-lovers meet and go from restaurant to restaurant to eat, drink, and be merry together. Sounds like a fun way to meet like-minded people.
I, personally, have not been to a dishcrawl, but there’s one coming up in May that sounds interesting. Here’s the scoop:
“On Tuesday May 21st, at 7 P.M., Dishcrawl Des Moines will be sampling four local restaurants along the Ingersoll Ave corridor. Not to be confused with West Des Moines, the western corridor is known for multitude of restaurants unique shops, culture and history.
It’s a guessing game! We’re keeping the names of the restaurants we will be visiting a secret for now, but here and there we’ll give you some hints. Follow us on Twitter @dishcrawldsm and be the first to know!
Where to Meet Us: All ticket holders will be notified of meeting location via email, 48 hours prior to the event.
I’m a Vegetarian: Vegetarian options are available; however we may not be able to accommodate other dietary restrictions. If you have any particular requests or have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
